Cellulite is a condition where your skin appears dimpled. Not that it’s a problem, but for those of you who want to know how to reduce cellulite, I have some effective home remedies and useful tips that will help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

There are 4 ways to reduce cellulite at home:
1) Dry brushing
2) The coffee wrap
3) The vinegar mix
4) Tomato paste.

  • I’ve tried all this, it’s a headache. What works for me is staying stress free. Learning how to “let go” because stress was killing me. I quit the job with the racist people, left the man who lied too much, moved to a new place, studied my history, found my spiritual foundation, exercised through hardcore dance, and practiced yoga... the cellulite started to disappear. I very rarely wear clothes that cut off my circulation, I like lose clothes that allow my body to breathe... and very rarely do I eat junk food. Substitute chips and sugar for nuts and fruit. You are what you eat, so if you want to junk it up, then your body will suffer. Also, keep in mind our bodies are not supposed to be without a little texture, so don’t buy into the idea that you should have any other body other than the one you have. Just learn to love yourself. And eat like you love yourself. Most foods we consume are drugs. Get off drugs. Eat Whole Foods, green goods, and feel better. Peace.

  • I think it is just in the genes. I have been living and eating healthy, very healthy, all my life , done 18 hours a week of fitness , tried every remedy but still cellulite. So sorry, think if you are unfortunate to have it you will just have to learn to live with it
